Quick Yoga Flow to Strengthen & Stretch your Glutes

Do a lot of biking, running, or hiking up steps or rocks?

You might have sore glutes. That's because the glute max is used to give you that push forward when you straighten your legs.

This short yoga flow is designed to strengthen and stretch your glutes.

Some qualities we'll cultivate for the quads in this video are:

  • Strength. Strong quads help you hike uphill, especially over rocks or steps.

  • Balance and coordination to help you maneuver through tricky parts on a trail.

  • Flexibility and relaxation to give the biggest muscles in our body time to rest.
