There’s just something about being outside that helps people relax a little bit more and not take themselves so seriously. Spending time in nature has been proven to reduce stress levels and improve health, and when you mix that with yoga and other mindfulness practices wonderful things happen.

The Mindful Movement Community

We're all about building connection, community, and ease through mindful movement. Think yoga, hiking, paddling, and moving with friends. Our events are slower paced and accessible to people of all skill levels. We care more about how you feel when you move than what you look like or if you're doing all the activities perfectly. We only live one life. Might as well feel good while you're living it and spend it with awesome people. Looking forward to moving with you.
