Play with movement, balance, and coordination so you can prevent falls and stop taking yourself so seriously.


Take time to relax and not worry about your to-do list, any notifications, or taking care of anyone but yourself during class.


Feel healthy while finding community in a group class or private yoga setting.

So what are you waiting for?

During the summer and spring, we offer drop in classes outdoors: SUP Yoga, Yoga Hikes, and Yoga in the Park.

Outside of those warm weather seasons, you have the choice to take 1-on-1 private yoga sessions or 8 week yoga series that are structured to build flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination.
