Our slower paced classes help you...

Move your body and release tight muscles so you can have the flexibility and strength to keep doing the things you love.

Play with movement, balance, and coordination so you can prevent falls and stop taking yourself so seriously.


Take time to relax and not worry about your to-do list, any notifications, or taking care of anyone but yourself during class.

This summer I'm on a reduced schedule. Here's what you can expect.

Private classes for individuals and groups.

  • Private 1-on-1 clients

  • Private SUP Yoga groups of 4-10 people

  • Private group classes for 4-15 people

If you want to do a private group class on the water or on land, contact me to get something on my schedule.

All Levels Yoga at Zone on Thursdays at 5:30 pm.

You might see some free hikes or paddles on my Eventbrite.
