My mission is to get more people to enjoy the way they move through the world... especially outdoors.
My yoga classes are designed to serve people of all levels and abilities. They focus on:
Building strength and flexibility in a balanced way.
Giving you the space to explore the ways your body can move to help you learn your limits.
Building coordination and balance to help prevent falls and catch yourself if you misstep.
Relaxing your mind and nervous system so you're able to think more clearly.
By the end of our time together, you'll feel relaxed and energized.
consistency + accountability = transformation
We're all aware of the benefits that having a yoga practice can bring. Things like improved mental wellbeing, flexibility, strength, and stress relief are top of mind.
However, we also know that life gets in the way of our even our most well intentioned plans. The dog needs walked. Just a little bit more time on this project. Dinner needs to be made.
