10 Minute Yoga for Sore Feet

Have your feet been in tight shoes or boots? Are your feet sore?

This yoga practice is great for after a long hike, climbing in those tight shoes, time on a ski slope, or any other activity that's making your feet hard to move.

You can do this at home or on the go to help massage and release those tight spots in your feet and help you get out there again.
