I'm a yoga student who also teaches the practices, embraces the outdoors, and loves to travel. I think the people that we meet throughout our lives and the world are so amazing and have so many stories to tell. I'm writing to share some of my thoughts and stories on yoga, the outdoors, and travel in order to inspire others to get out there, experience something, and share their stories too. It's this sharing of thoughts and experiences that brings the world together.
