Challenge your balance - 30 minute practice

Are you looking for ways to challenge your balance? In this practice, we’ll work on cultivating balance by starting in poses of stability then layer on movements that challenge stability and go into poses that are less stable. Find center and different ways to support the body along the way.


Pro Tip: Balance is more stable when the base is wide and the center of gravity is low.
