Ever hear that phrase, "sitting is the new smoking"?


Are you the type of person that sits around for a long time? (It’s ok if you said yes.) Maybe you sit at a desk all day. Or you might be traveling a lot in a car. Either way, go back in time and ask yourself: How do your legs and shoulders feel?


Let me guess... They feel a little stiff, stuck or tight.
