Here's how we'll do it

6 live yoga classes
Wednesdays from October 11 - November 15 at 5:30 - 6:30 pm (MT)
Each class will have asana (physical postures) chosen to release tension from the body and pranayama (breath work) to help you practice simple tools to calm your mind. Class is suitable for all levels with options given for you to practice at a level of intensity that's just right for you.
6 pre-recorded 15 Minute Yoga Class
These all levels yoga classes will help you continue your practice through out the week when you're short on time and cement in the lessons.
6 pre-recorded breathwork tutorials
Breathwork (pranayama) is a great way to notice your energy and regulate your nervous system. Each tutorial will guide you though a different type of breathwork and explain how it can affect your energy.
Replays of the class
Access your online portal to go through the lessons multiple times in case you missed something or want to have extra practice between class.
[Bonus] 30 minute private yoga session

Private yoga held in person at my Fort Collins home studio or online. We can work on any "am I doing this right'" questions you might have. You can use your session any time through the 6 weeks. It's a nice way to get personalized tips for when you feel stuck.

$177 SUPPORTER - If you would like to provide a $40 scholarship for someone in need.
$137 SUSTAINER - If you can pay the regular cost.
