Here's how we'll do it
aka what you get when you sign up
8 weeks of yoga classes. Each class will have asana (physical postures) chosen to release tension from the body and pranayama (breath work) to help you practice simple tools to calm your mind. Class is suitable for all levels with options given for you to practice at a level of intensity that's just right for you.
10 Minute Yoga Class to help you continue your practice through out the week when you're short on time and cement in the lessons.
Replays of the class in an organized online portal so you can go through the lessons multiple times without having to search for anything.
Community group for you to receive support, share answers to the weekly questions, celebrate wins, and get your questions answered.
