#wehiketoheal is an annual international outdoor women’s empowerment movement that takes place during the month of March. The mission is to encourage women all over the world to tap into the healing and empowering influences within ourselves and the Great Outdoors.
Each week in the month of March, participants will receive Weekly Mindfulness Resources, and the month will end with a Hike Journal Meditate along Reservoir Ridge.

Saturday, March 28
Pre-stretch for Hikers
12:30 pm - 1:30 pm with Brenda Carey
We'll step into mindfulness before we step onto the trail. Gently lengthen muscles and get them warmed up for a hike! Balance postures and core strengthening will be included for injury prevention.
Investment: $5 (This class will take the place of our regularly scheduled $5 all levels class.)
Hike Journal Meditate
2:30 pm - 5:30 pm with Jessica Lucey
Hike along Reservoir Ridge enjoying conscious conversation, journaling, and meditation. The trail is a rocky 2.8 mile loop with 505 feet of elevation gain (highest point is 5,637 ft).
* Please note, in order to be considerate about parking availability, we will meet at Sun Breath Yoga and carpool from there at 2 pm.
