Service Description
Every Second Wednesday of the Month Next class June 12th at 5:30 pm All levels yoga class to bring your body rest and rejuvenation for all the activities you do: hiking, skiing, paddling, biking, etc. There will be a mix of vinyasa (moving in and out of yoga poses with the breath) and myofascial release (self massage with props). Class is designed to - improve range of motion - create a balance of strength and flexibility in your body - bring awareness to how you move and rest - leave you feeling rejuvenated from your outdoor and athletic activities Props are used to help with the self massage and give you access to more balance, breath, and coordination. Below is a list of props and their alternatives. - myofascial ball (tennis ball) - blocks (sturdy books, a chair or stool, firm pillows or rolled blanket) - blanket This is a sliding scale class. Please use the drop down menu to choose one of the following. - Supporter - if you would like to provide an $8 scholarship to someone in need - Sustainer - if you're able to invest the normal amount - Community - if you would like to receive an $8 scholarship (no questions asked)
