Initial Private Yoga Class (in person)

First 1-on-1 class with me. Focused sessions tailored specifically for you.

Service Description

You'll fill out an intake form before class that we'll use to create a plan for what you want to work on. Then we'll get started and move forward from there. Expect talking, providing feedback, movement, and any additional things (like breathwork or meditation) you'd like to work on.

Cancellation Policy

PRIVATE YOGA: - If cancelling two (2) days or more in advance, refund will be given. - If cancelling one (1) day in advance, you can reschedule your class at no extra charge.
