This 8 week yoga series goes over the basics. It's a great way to learn, or get a refresher on, the foundations to practice yoga safely and effectively for you.


  • Gain confidence in your own abilities as we move slowly through poses and break down the actions involved to get into them.​

  • Create strength, flexibility, and balance so you can move around in the real world easier.

  • Increase coordination and grow awareness of what's going on inside your body.


This all levels vinyasa class provides various options and intentional use of props to help you improve your balance, play with your coordination, and explore the abilities of your body.


What you'll get:

- 8, Live one hour classes (in person)

- 8, 15 minute mini classes (pre-recorded)

- Access to a video library until March 16, 2023

- Additional pre-recorded material that goes over the movements in more detail.
