Meetup Hikes & Paddles

We're all about building connection, community, and ease through mindful movement. Think yoga, hiking, paddling, and moving with friends. Our events are slower paced and accessible to people of all skill levels.

Donation Based Yoga

Show up ready to move, breathe, and be. These all levels, livestream classes give you the space to take rest or increase the intensity by offering a variety of options that allow each student to practice in a way that's beneficial in this moment. ALL proceeds go directly towards a charity or yoga scholarship.

Investment: Recommended donation is $10, but it really is pay what you can. If you give less, no worries. If you're in a place of abundance, feel free to give more to reaffirm how abundant you are. Either way, we thank you for showing up and being in community with us.​

Yoga in the Park

Connect with yourself, your community, and nature. This all levels class is designed to leave you feeling welcomed, supported, and just the right amount of challenged with options to take rest or explore different variations of a pose. Please bring your own mat and props. If you don't have a mat, a blanket would work just fine.

Investment: drop in is $15, Five (5) Class Pack is $65, Scholarships are available. Please contact us for more information. Donations for scholarships are always appreciated and can be done here.

Yoga Hike

Hike along trails, practice yoga in a scenic location, and hike back. Hikes are intended to be easy to moderate in order to allow students to take in the beauty of the outdoors and reconnect with nature.

Investment: $30

SUP (Stand Up Paddle board) Yoga

Take your practice onto the water!  We'll go over the fundamentals of paddle boarding and water safety before heading out for some paddling and a yoga practice designed for the board. This class is great for students who want to explore their practice in a new way and connect with nature while they're at it. Pre-registration is required.

Private Yoga

Focused sessions tailored specifically for you to bring in the focused work, accountability, and support to get you closer to living and moving the way you want. We talk movement, lifestyle, and everything in between. Yoga done in these sessions pull from the yoga types above.

Investment: $68, Five (5) Class Pack is $306

Beginner Yoga Course

Are you just starting yoga and don't know the first place to start? I get it. Going into a yoga class with a bunch of people who already know what they're doing can be intimidating. This course will give you the foundations to practice yoga safely and effectively for you.​

Investment: $144 up front or two payments of $74

Cultivate Calm Series

Take an eight week journey to bring you out of stress and overwhelm and into a life of more ease. This course will help you destress, take your mind off your to-do list, and make more room for self care

Investment: Sliding scale from $80 - $160 depending on your financial situation

Yoga for Active People Semester

Eight weeks of all levels yoga classes to designed to bring your body rest and rejuvenation for all the activities you do: things like hiking, skiing, paddling, biking, etc. Expect a vinyasa style class with various options, myofascial release, and intelligent use of props.
