30 minute, all levels yoga classes designed to give you a chance to move through out your week when you don't have time to do the replays for the Yoga Semester. They cover the two most requested areas of the body: tight hips and shoulders. Note: this is for people who have signed up for the 8 Week Yoga Semester early.
