This all levels vinyasa class provides various options and intentional use of props to help you improve your balance, play with your coordination, and explore the abilities of your body. You'll get the opportunity to build balance in other areas of your life through our weekly themes and tips. Bring your body rest and rejuvenation for all the activities you do: things like hiking, skiing, paddling, biking, etc. Balance out your body by strengthening muscles that aren't used a lot and stretching muscles that are overworked. Plus, you'll even out your energy levels by relaxing your mind and nervous system. Expect a vinyasa style class that blends in myofascial release (self massage using props). You’ll have more awareness and control over how you move while targeting the knots that make your movement stiff.
