This all levels vinyasa class provides various options and intentional use of props to help you improve your balance, play with your coordination, and explore the abilities of your body. You'll get the opportunity to build on balance in other areas of your life through our weekly themes and tips.

- 8, 15 minute mini classes (pre-recorded)

- Access to a video library until May 11, 2023
