I found my love for yoga in 2019 after struggling with addiction, and felt instantly interconnected with the practice upon entering training and graduating that year. I am passionate about sharing the healing, joy, and contentment that asana and meditation have brought to my life. Our connection with Mother Earth is essential to my philosophy, as I believe that all aspects of us, including our yoga practices, are intertwined with the forces of the Earth.
I strive to share the sanctuary of yoga with others, and hope that my students will be guided to find the deep peace I have discovered through yoga. I enjoy teaching slower-paced, introspective classes where students are provided the space to look deeply within themselves and recognize the vast strength each individual harnesses, and also allow the physical body to find stillness in the busy-ness of life.
I am always excited to be a forever-student and learn more and more about myself, my teaching, and my yoga practice. When I'm not doing yoga, I love to hike, rock climb, and find new recipes to cook!
